Support Tiers and Pricing



Here at Art Storefronts, we want to make sure our clients have the best support experience possible. In an effort to make our support offering more transparent, below you will find our tiers of support and what they include:


Standard Support

This is included with every Art Storefronts plan. Here's what comes in the box:

- Knowledge Base / Self Service Access
- Facebook Small Wins Access
- 24/7 Case Creation (In-dash widget or by emailing
- One business day ticket responses
- Ability to schedule 30 minute Question and Answer for free
- Support hours: 8:30a - 5:30p CST, Monday - Friday

Premium Support

This is not included in the plan, and will come with the additional fees outlined below: 


Hourly Package - $99/hr

  • Scheduled phone call
  • Screen-share troubleshooting / explanations

This is scheduled with an Art Storefronts Support Agent to go over any additional on-boarding questions, general setup, or troubleshooting. This does not include design, development or customization support.
