Everything You Need To Know About The Sales & Customer Acquisition Reports

Art storefronts tries to give its customers as many resources for gaining traction as possible. We’ve released two new reports to help you track where your customers are coming from. We’ve created a Sales Report and an Acquisition Report to help you understand your business better. Please Note: If you are having trouble reading the stats or you do not understand what these stats are for, please reach out on the forums. Technical Support cannot assist with stats or assist in deciphering them for you. If these reports are not working properly or you are having technical issues, please submit a ticket to Technical Support by e-mailing cs@artstorefronts.com.

 

The Sales Report

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Site Manager and in the Jump To Menu select Stats.

  2. Find the tab labeled Sales and click on it.






  3. Scroll down and select a Cohort Start Date.

  4. Next, select your Marketing Tags. (Leave these unchecked if you would like to see your total overall sales.)

  5. Scroll down and click on Load Report.

The Customer Acquisition Report

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Site Manager and in the Jump To Menu select Stats.

  3. Find the tab labeled Acquisition and click on it.









  4. Scroll down and select a Cohort Start Date.

  5. Click Refresh.

  6. Scroll down and Review the information put forth on the graph.
