So What is the "Buying Group"?
A Buying Group is an organization that leverages the purchasing power of its members to negotiate discounts from vendors. As a result, members get deeper discounts that they would otherwise not be able to get when buying on their own.
If you weren't aware of it already, this is one of the awesome benefits included as part of your membership, because it means you can start saving money on products like:
- Print Media (i.e. canvas, fine art paper, photo paper, etc.)
- Print Varnish (i.e. canvas coating)
- Stretcher Bars
- Ready-Made Frames
This not only allows you to save money on the prints you sell online; it means you can save money on every single print your business sells, period.
What are the Next Steps?
Whenever you need to place an order, you contact the specific vendor and let them know you are a member of the Art Storefronts Buying Group. You will need to provide them with your website ID and business name. They have a special place where they can look up your account through our software and confirm that your license is active.
Once they confirm this, you can simply place your order at the special discounted rate. The best part is, you can buy however and whenever you want. There's nothing extra you need to do; no hoops you need to jump through.
Who Should I Call?
To make things really easy, we have asked that each vendor assign a specific person from their company to act as a "concierge" for Art Storefronts Buying Group members. This way, they will be expecting your call, and can consult on how much money you can save on the various products you currently use.

We are actively looking to add more Vendor Partners and will need help from our members to do so. Our long-term strategy is to help our members achieve savings on supplies, equipment, shipping costs, software, computers, merchant fees, & much more. We will continually work together with our members to understand how we can help them, and we will seek to add more vendors to help our members save in every area of their businesses.
