It looks like the search term you entered may not have brought up any information regarding your topic. We’re definitely sorry about this as we try to provide you with as much information as possible in order to make working on our platform easy.
The first thing we’d like to suggest is double checking your keyword. We try to make sure our articles are linked to as many keywords as possible, even if they’re misspelled. Double check to make sure your keyword is spelled properly and definitely give this another try.
If that doesn’t work, you may have typed out an entire question into the search box. Unfortunately, our self-help portal doesn’t work like Google. Entire questions aren’t generally going to pull up any articles because the way we create content and get it out to you doesn’t allow us this luxury. To try and bypass this we definitely suggest you try whittling it down to one or two search terms like “media type” or “creating a category” as these will get you more results and closer to the answers you may need.
Beyond that, if your search term is complete and correct and you didn’t use a full sentence we may not have tagged the article appropriately or we may not have one. In that case, please e-mail us ASAP! You can send your request updates to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Knowledge Base Specialist will hop on those as soon as possible.
We’re a pretty small team right now, so please don’t be discouraged if you don’t see an immediate change. We’re definitely doing everything we can to make sure that we’re getting correct and easy-to-use information out to you as fast as possible.
We always appreciate your continued patience and input and are happy to have you as part of the Art Storefronts family!
All The Best,
The Art Storefronts Success Team
