When a customer navigates to your website and put items in their cart, you may find that they leave before completing the checkout process.
The unsold cart feature will give you a list of the carts that were abandoned. This will in turn allow you to go through and see if you can find any sort of patterns. You can also create a plan of action to try and bring those customers back in to the fold.
