Set up FAQ page

  1. Open up your Site Manager, scroll down and open the FAQ page.mceclip0.png


  2. Whenever you arrive to the page, click on the gray tab labeled Content. This is where you will fill in the details of your Shipping & Return Policy and inform the customers how they can keep up to date with any new releases, announcements, events, and discount sales. You can also let them know any other information that you feel comes up as a frequently asked question.

  3. For the first two questions on this page, you will need to review your Fulfillment Vendors Shipping & Return Policy. Since they will be shipping the print products, we will need to either add their existing policies or create your own Shipping & Return Policy for these products.

    If you decide to use the same policies, you can simply copy and paste the details from your fulfillment vendor. Be sure to change the contact information to your own. The customer should contact you directly if they have any questions or concerns, not your fulfillment vendor.

    Click on your fulfillment vendor below to review their policies.

    - ASF Prints by Graphik Dimensions (United States)
    - Bay Photo (United States)
    - Print Partner (Canada)

    You should also create a Shipping & Return Policy for non-print products as well. This includes originals, limited editions, polyptychs, calendars, and standard products. These products will be fulfilled and shipped out by you. This allows you to create your own policy for these products.

  4. The last question is how the customer will stay up to date with you. It's best to recommend them to sign up for your Newsletter and follow you on social media by using the icons at the bottom of the page.

  5. Once you're finished adding all your details, press the blue SAVE button at the bottom of the screen. Then head to the live site to review your changes.
