If you would like to make any changes to or have any questions regarding your Art Storefronts account, you can contact our Billing Team at Billing@artstorefronts.com. Simply email us with the changes you would like to request or any questions you may have and we will get back to you within one business day.
List of Billing Concerns:
- License changes: If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your current license plan, you can contact our billing team for further details. You may also review our most recent plans in your Billing > Plans & Pricing department of your platform.
- Suspend Account (Hibernation Mode): This will allow you to temporarily suspend your website. All of the information and images will remain on your site and you will still have the ability to edit the website. However, the live site will not be available to the public. This is billing on a monthly bases so you can suspend the site for 2 months or 2 years. Once you are ready to jump back in, simply email Billing@artstorefronts.com and our billing team will activate the account again for you. This is perfect for anyone who is taking a break for a while but would like to return later on.
- Cancel Account: If you would like to completely cancel your account with Art Storefronts, you can email our billing team directly at Billing@artstorefronts.com with the reason for canceling the website, any feedback you may have, and the date you would like to close the website. We will then reach back out to you with a confirmation once the account is closed.
