When using an Art Print Store, Art Storefronts finds it is a good idea to sort your images into broad folders. This sort of organization is important to you because it allows you to easily find and edit the images you are looking for. Also, based on the folders you create here, you’ll have a better idea of the specific folders you should create on your home page.

Think of the Art Print Store as a cabinet and the Folders as the drawers and your Artwork, is the actual document. You want to store all of your documents in one place and Folders will help you classify them, so in this way, they are easy to find. (edited) 

For you to learn how to Manage Folders, log in to your Art Storefronts Site Manager and click on the Art Print Store you want to create folders in. We will be using the Art Print Store titled Warehouse.

How To: Create Folders

1. On the next page, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. This is the area where you are going to be able to create folders for your Art Print Store.
2. Scroll down the page slightly and find and click on the button labeled +Add Folder. This will allow you to create Folders in your Art Print Store.
3. A pop-up will show up where you’ll see Name. In this box, you will need to provide the folder with a Name. Please Note: If you don’t provide the folder a name, it will not create properly.
4. Click on Create and that will create your new Folder

How To: Re-organize Folders

1. Still in your Art Print Store, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. This is the area where you are going to be able to reorder folders for your Art Print Store.
2. Scroll down the page slightly and find and click on the button labeled +Reorganize Folders. This will allow you to reorder Folders in your Art Print Store.
3. A pop-up will show up where you’ll see Drag & Drop Into Desired Order. In this box, you will need to drag and drop the folders until you have the desired order of your folders.
4. Click on Close & Reload Page and that will save your new Folder order

How To: Edit a Folder

1. Still in your Art Print Store, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. This is the area where you are going to be able to edit folders for your Art Print Store.
2. Please select the Folder you intend to edit. You can rename the Folder Name by clicking on Quick Edit. This will pop-up the Folder name and you can edit the name really quickly. Once you provide the right name for your folder, you can click on Update. This will update your folder name. 
3. You could also opt to edit the name and description of your folder by clicking on Edit & Manage link. You can use the Edit Folder link that will open a new page. 
4. After you’ve made sure that your information in the Name field and the Lead Content field are correct and you are happy with all of it, click the Save DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON. If you click the back button on your browser, you will lose all the work you just did on this folder.

How To: Add an Image into A Folder

1. Still in your Art Print Store, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. 
2. Scroll down the page until you see your list of folders and click on the Folder you want to upload images into. We’ll be using the folder labeled Abstract.
3. After you’ve clicked on the folder you want to upload images into, scroll up the page a bit and click on the button labeled +Add Products. This is going to let you choose the images you want to upload into the folder.
4. Find and click on the image you’re looking to upload.
5. After that, click on the button labeled Open. This is going to start the upload process. 
6. You’ll be presented with a page that shows you your image is uploading and processing on the platform.
7. After the processing portion finishes, the image will be uploaded. You’ll need to scroll down and you should see that your image was uploaded into the folder and is ready for use on your website.

How To: Delete a Folder

1. Still in your Art Print Store, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. 
2. Scroll down the page until you see your list of folders and click on the Folder you want to delete. We’ll be using the folder labeled Abstract.
3. Once you are in the folder that you want to delete, find and click on the link labeled Edit & Manage.
4. After clicking on the link labeled Edit & Manage, click on the item labeled Delete.
5. A new box will appear and ask if you are sure that you want to delete the folder. Click the OK.

How to move products from one folder to another

1. Still in your Art Print Store, make sure you are on the tab titled Products. 
2. Scroll down the page until you see your list of folders and click on the Folder you want to delete. We’ll be using the folder labeled Abstract.
   
   
   
   
3. Once in that folder, please select the products you want to move to another folder.
   
   
   
   
4. Right above the products section, you will find an area named "Move Selected To A:". Here you can choose where you want to move the products to. In this case, ensure you choose Folder.
   
   
   
   
5. Next to the previous dropdown, you can choose the folder you'd like to move the product to. In this tutorial, we'll use the Photography folder. You can click on the Move  button once you are done
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Your products are now in another folder!
