As you are moving along the site setup process, you will get to the point where you'd like to upload your products on your site and make them available for purchase. We can categorize these products by the way they are fulfilled. Products fulfilled automatically by your Fulfillment Vendor (Fine art Prints and Merch) and products that are fulfilled manually (Original paintings, Limited Editions, Sculptures, etc).
In this article we'll walk you through your options to help you select the best way to create your products, and make them available for purchase.
Art Print Store (Print on Demand)
Products that fall into the Automated Fulfillment category are printed and shipped out by the Fulfillment Vendor your website is connected to, and your uploaded files will be sent to the Vendor for printing as soon as the order has been placed. This means that those would need to be high resolution files that are photographed professionally or scanned in order to get the highest quality print.
These files should be uploaded to your Art Print Store. This page is directly connected to your fulfillment vendor, and will inherit all of the different sizes, media, frames, style finishers and print options from the vendor. By default, your Art Print Store is labeled Warehouse - Open Edition Prints.

Merch items can also be Automatically Fulfilled on your Art Storefronts Website. Merch print on demand is done by our Merch Vendor Gooten. You can select Merch options for every image you upload in your Art Print Store.

Standard Store (Self Fulfilled Products - Shipped by the Artist)
On the other hand, products that are not being fulfilled by the vendor through our Automated Fulfillment system, do not require high resolution images and photos that are taken professionally, as those images are for display purposes only. Your self fulfilled products should be added to your Standard Store which is not connected to any external vendors, and therefore, no automatic fulfillment process will occur when an order is placed.
By default, your Standard Store is labeled Warehouse - Originals, Limited Editions and Standard Products.
